Does the broker/advisor have a good understanding on how to use the CRMs essential functions? *

Please cover the following: Creating a new lead or customer, using the relevant status/groups selections, uploading files, note taking and the knowledge base (the base should be checked regularly for new content).

Does the broker/advisor have a good understanding on how to use Solution Builder? *

Please cover the essential functionality and processes, including uploading of relevant files to the CRM

Does the broker/advisor have a good understanding on how to use UnderwriteMe? *

Please cover the essential functionality and processes, including uploading of relevant files to the CRM.

Does the broker/advisor have a good understanding on how to use Smart Search? *

Please cover the essential functionality and processes, including flagged IDs and the uploading of relevant files to the CRM.

Does the broker/advisor know how to register with providers and or lenders? *

They should first refer to the “Provider List” file on the CRM knowledge base, which is updated regularly. It will include how to register with each specific provider, contact details, our BDN and if we have indemnity or non-indemnity. Samuel Jinks is currently the company's point of contact should anyone need further assistance with registrations.

Has the broker/advisor been informed that they will have monthly one-to-ones with their mentor to discuss their KPIs, CPD and personal goals/targets etc? *

KPIs will cover a range of advisor activities including their clawback rate (it should be no higher than 8%) and provider/policy type spreads etc. CPDs (Continuous Professional Development) must be updated by each advisor on their CRM profiles: Dashboard>My Profile>Training>Add Training (the one-to-one form explains this in more detail).

Has the broker/advisor been introduced to the insurance “Pre Quote Questionnaire” form? *

This is an online form that will cover all the essential information required when sourcing a policy quote. Once submitted, the advisor will receive a completed PDF that can then be uploaded to the customers account records on the CRM. Does the broker have a good understanding on how to use Twenty7tec's essential functions (mortgage brokers only)? *

Does the broker know about conveyancing providers, checkmyfile and Sort Refer (mortgage brokers only)? *
