Initial Training Completion Form

Please fill in the following questionnaire confirming the new broker/advisor is competent in basic training. The mentee has already been sent a link to a article on the Knowledge Base which covers all requirments to complete their inital training.

They should first refer to the “Provider List” file on the CRM knowledge base, which is updated regularly. It will include how to register with each specific provider, contact details, our BDN and if we have indemnity or non-indemnity. KPIs will cover a range of advisor activities including their clawback rate (it should be no higher than 8%) and provider/policy type spreads etc. CPDs (Continuous Professional Development) must be updated by each advisor on their CRM profiles: Dashboard>My Profile>Training>Add Training (the one-to-one form explains this in more detail).

This is an online form that will cover all the essential information required when sourcing a policy quote. Once submitted, the advisor will receive a completed PDF that can then be uploaded to the customers account records on the CRM.
